There is this conflict, that a good ui should allow users to fullfill the broadest selection of specialised uncommon tasks possible whilst not affect the ease of use of the main task, what the user does most of the time.
Does anyone know some readings, rules, laws, quotes, maybe examples that illustrate this problem?
i have to give a presentation and i need something to build on.
