being honest here...
i think the logo needs work. it's really not working against the words 'reputation. recognition. respect.' you need a solid looking logo.
it looks flimsy, wimpy and those tentacle elements should also go.

looks more like extreme no rules fight to kill death match fights not professional, organised, legitimate boxing. Wrong image.

not the worst thing I've ever seen, but does not look "professional" (it is very rough) or say boxing to me as others have already said. The tiling not lining up is a big no no.
Based on the work in your portfolio, you should have no problem doing something a little more polished and focused.
