Wow, I so don't want that. Isn't using a computer supposed to be a method to end that kind of clutter? Plus, in the time you waste dickin around with that interface and icons falling all over, I can simply double click my folder and the file and boom, I'm done.
*I guarantee if they release that, there will be cute little widgets to go with it. Like a digital coffee cup, so you can spill digital coffee on your pdf files.
