200+ projects gone

I was backing up and dragged my work folder onto my backup HD... not paying attention, said to replace... over-wrote a TON of files, all lost now - i lost like 200 project folders, probably a good 2 years worth of projects.
i wanna stab myself in the eye.

and got pieces of it back

the only thing saving me from completely breaking down is that fact they were all past projects, like a year or more back. the hardest part is figuring out what is lost now and tracking down the clients and printers for backup files.
