Anyone have the Canon PowerShot SD1000? Any good? I read some reviews and it looks good, but I recently bought a Sony Cybershot DCS-W55 (too long ago to return though).
If you have the SD1000 and you have some pictures posted that you've taken with it, do show...
I'm not looking for a fantastic camera, just a good one. And the Sony is fine, but I've had some not so great pictures and some good ones. But if the Canon is worth it I'll look into selling mine...

I'm sure its a great little camera. All of my experiences with the powershot line have been pretty awesome.
That said, you may want to spend a little extra to get the sd800is which is pretty much the same but has image stabilization. I just ordered it and it should be arriving tomorrow. very excited!

i was reading reviews on that camera last night. the SD750 is the better camera. Canon has reversed their naming scheme. I'd suggest the 750 if only for the larger display on the back.
