It's obviously accepted now for studios to take digital photographs of their work in-house with ambient light for their portfolios (as opposed to professionally lit studio shots.) It's easy and cheap. But does anybody else think this looks crap? Or are you all of the view that this is 'edgy'?

to me lowpoke all the images on your site are ambient-lit and taken by the studio? correct me if im wrong?
if the work is good it shines through even the poorest photography (within reason) i believe.
