  You guys are talking agency Creative Director numbers. Even in NY can you make more that 80K being an AD?

  I mean, it ranges. but with that many years of experience you will hopefully bring more to the table than just design thinking, we talking concepting, leading your projects etc etc. And if you have that plus solid work, those numbers are what should aim at.
