in your experience, what type of client is usually the most open minded to creative, "risky", cool new shit, and not just play it safe and instill their own rigorous guidelines. by "type", i mean big or small, what field/market/industry the client is in, etc. the local carwash website, or the gigantic beverage corporation, or the biomedics division..etc.

the ones who have a higher ratio of intelligence than ego, without compromising confidence. really competent people don't feel threatened or need to micromanage...they know who to do their job and expect the same from you.
i've been blessed w/only a couple of those out of a sea of ninnies.

cultural clients generally, art galleries/festivals, [some] architects, publishing houses and those in the music and fashion industries...
so generally, not corporate...
