Do any of you guys know of any way to transfer large files over the internet besides the ol' ftp transfer?
I've used Megaupload and FileFlow and the downloads go almost as fast as using an ftp client but the uploads really lag.
I use Fetch on my Mac, should I stick to it?

it will always be limited by your upload speed, ftp yousendit megaupload etc are all just tools
