i'm hitting it harder than ever and i feel great. i've only put on about 8lbs or so... half a stone maybe. haha. nicely done!

yeah, about 8lbs i put on. 14lbs in a stone. Hardwork, and i know if i take my eye off the ball i'll lose it again quick sharp. gotta get another 6lbs by the end of the year, and i hit my target.
hitting the weights straight after work and then have a big decadent weekend planned.
