Nourishing all around.

nice. do you receive anything in return?
- v-gates0
yes. sent some drawings to a 5th grade class in New Brunswick led by an inspired teacher, and to other artists. Goodemail exchanges about art, motivation, value. Plus what the fuck am I going to do with keeping all that stuff around? Its a pleasure having in someone's life instead in my storage.

good idea what mimio said - trade art.
wonder if theres enough people on NT that do paintings to be able to arrange a big mass swap :)

-------------------I'd be up for it.. although shipping and handling big canvasses/wood/etc. all around the globe will become pretty expensive I think.

i hadnt painted since art college (about 10 years ago) and went out a year or so ago, bought myself a canvas and some paint and just started on something.
as i painted and splattered and sprayed a cityscape it started looking like a Futura style painting so i thought "f*ck it" and finished it off as such. im not selling it so i dont see it as a rip, it looks like the real deal and is definitely a talking point when folk are round lol.
i keep meaning to find the time and blast out some canvases of my own though (in own style) i do have lots of ideas in my head - just not enough time to do them

I LOVE the idea of trading art with other artists!

Don't put your own work up around the house. Trade work with other artists or lend it to each other.
