Web Site Idea

So I have this pretty cool idea for a website I don't think exists. I've shared it with a few close friends and they all agree it could be something big. I've even mocked up a one page of what the site could look like and it's pretty cool.
Problem is I'm a total print guy, and I know jack about the web.
The site would include editable fields, photo galleries, flashy rollovers, that sorta thing. Nothing cheesy. Very streamlined and slick. It's the kind of site lots of people could grab on to and use daily.
That said, it may be a pipe dream, but I think it's worth looking into.
I've already secured a website and I'm down to buy hosting for it, but I need someone to do the web part. I'll do mock ups on Illy and you can translate it into web. I don't have any money for ya, but if you're low on projects and have the time, we can work out some sort of future % thing.
Any one up for it? Or can any of yous guys point me in the right direction?

But seriously I think it's a pretty sweet idea. I wish I could share it but it's under wraps at the moment.
And as big brother as it sounds, you'll need to sign a non-disclosure agreement just so I can sue your ass when you run off with the idea.
Email me if you're interested and if you have a sample of any sites you've done. In the meantime I'm going to see if I can find a sample of two of the kind of site I'm thinking of.
