Yes.
I lived there for a year and have a very good rec. for you. He shoots for NYTimes, Washington Post, Vogue, etc and is a fantastic pro photog.

Cuy tastes pretty good, although it is really not worth it IMO, for how much effort it takes to get what little meat there is. And if you are a true Cuy fan, you suck on the head.... no joke.

Peruano Cuisine is *phenominal*. To that end, the NYTimes had a contest 2 yeas ago that ranked all countries globally by cusine based on a number of factors (diversity, complexity, product availability over a years time, flavors, etc). All countries were ranked by large scale by 100 chefs in the U.S. (clearly majority were from other countries originally)....
Peru took 3rd.

And yes it is true, I've been dealing with MrD not liking me for a while now and my therapist told me to stay out of trouble and far away from him...She says he will eventually realize I am a special person that just wants some attention and love. Is that too much to ask??? I don't think so MrD!!! I don't thi.....
