Botthe Shadow in Photoshop

  Could anyone point me to a good tutorial on how to create a shadow for a bottle...in my case a wine bottle?

  Not your every day drop shadow, but more of a perspective shadow.

  use a path to outline bottle and convert to selection . On separate layer fill with dark shadowy color. Transform with distort to the perspective you like, then gaussian blur a good amt. Then use a layer mask to feather it as you like.

  use a photo reference to get lighting right too.
