What's the daily rate in Europe for a experienced freelance motion designer? I am assuming it works the same as in the US by daily rate. If not let me know how it works.
Help will be appreciate it.

rates are generally higher for those with literacy.

You mean if you speak the language of the country, how much would that be? Any thoughts?

You refer to Europe like it's a country. Rates can vary like a chick having a period depending on your city of choice. I would bet a nice title in London or Paris is similar in terms of dough to a higher-up creative job in LA, whereas in Eastern Europe, not so much.
Then again, who wants to be there. No offence to anyone who is...

eastern europe = new wild west

Yeah, you may want to try and be more specific in terms of what you do, where you want examples for.

Gee.
Which region? Not that it would ever matter, cos there's only, like, Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom...

I'm in agreement, its useless to try and research rates for Europe. Pick a country to start, then maybe an area... I can tell you there is a world of difference between say London, Milano, and Berlin for instance.

Yeah, be more specific you unitedstatian :P

I see what all u mean, that is why I was asking, For example Berlin

London rates - around 300 quid a day if you're good. Depends if your sub-contracting or working direct to client. Switzerland is an expensive country to live in ( noty that London's cheap) but you won't easily get over 400 pounds a day in London unless there's something exceptional about you.
