this is BT for a senior-level position and you are paying the mid-to-upper end of AIGA results?
i honestly am not trying to be stiff here, but that is very, very low IMO for that company, and that market.... if in fact, i am reading AIGA salary survey correctly...
still, sorry to hear you cannot find anyone there. i will see if anyne i know is around.
