eagle vs owl

ok, in a fight between an american bald eagle and a great horned owl.. which do you think would win.
i dont think either of them have any natural predators besides humans.
how would the fight go.

there's no Kung Fu style based on the owl, so i'd have to go with the eagle.

eagle works during the day and sleeps at night, owl the other way around. So it would be a fight in the friscalating dusk?
