Hi all,
I am using the registered symbol as part of the design on my logo, is it illegal to use it when not registered, if so, anyone know where I can register it fairly cheaply, looked around and quoted around £300.
Thanks

the ® registration symbol signifies that the mark has been registered with the government trademarks office of a particular country or jurisdiction.
in various jurisdictions it is unlawful to use the ® symbol in association with a mark when that mark is not registered.

it is good that it is illegal. keeps the trendjunkies away.

use it anyway and rename your company to "Circle R" ...

you catch the sarcasm? cause i hope you would....
