I'm not kidding either... and there were people with me the night we saw them and we were not drunk.
At first the lights DID look like flares to me... but the thing is... they weren't falling - and they'd turn on... one by one... just sitting there...
... then they were gone.
I've seen them a few times - but they are always out near the air force base - so i'm sure it's military training or something...
... but I just don't understand why the flares don't fall. There aren't any blinking helicopter lights next to them... I thought that they perhaps were tethered to balloons... but they'd still 'move around'.
The lights were always stationary - like looking off in the distance at a mountain at night and seeing someone turn on their porch light - you see the light switch on in the dark... and just sit there...
...same thing.
I'm sure I just went on a few more ignore lists. :)

if you search carefully far away from the ufologist propaganda, you will see that there's a lot of documented evidence of unidentified objects flying around
