so uh...
you gonna hook it up to some lights after you print it out to achieve the blinky effect?

I loved Rampage.™

Well it's a web flyer so blinky is ok.
They are a small band so i dont think it will be seen. When i was a kid i used to get punk flyers covered in photocopied 'infring-a-fied stuff.

well if punky is what you're going for i guess it aint too bad. there's not much hierarchy, tho, which is important. the type is all roughly the same size, which lends to an overall lack of attention grabbing.
think about what's important; is it the type, the image, what? something should pull the viewer in...

sure, i can see a competition for the main "draw" to read it.
Obviously the content of the band names and venue are most important. But i fell i've given enough air to make it legible and have a informative flow.
Where?
Who?
When?
How Much?

“How much did you give Claire?”
A wads’ worth.

"They are a small band so i dont think it will be seen."
Then don't say "Rock is reborn," in the flyer. If that has some kind of connection to the images, it's still too pretentious.

I'm so dyslexic sometimes. I read the title of this as NYC flower show.

i like - if i were a little kid i would want to go to the show...wheres the show again?

If you want some quick changes that are not going to appease the flyer people here, but would be easy enough:
01. Change the location text to BLACK and not green.
02. In the address change the "AT" to "@" and the "AND" to "&".
03. Also where numbers that end in "ST/TH" are if you could change them to "ST/TH" with a line under them.
04. Underline "Performances By:"
05. There are lots of better pixel font selections.

#3 is like make the ST/TH smaller and aligned at the top with the underline underneath.
Ya dig?

I agree with ampersonanderson - my eyes are moving all around the place, trying to work out where to look first.
I also think you should ditch the animation - it'd be worth it if it were Japanese-manic - or if the helicopter blades swooshed, the dinosaur danced or.. well, anything engaging.
Having non-entity text flash spastically isn't much of a draw.
