We had to kill bambi with a tire iron once when we were all very stoned. We had broken it's back legs and it had blood coming out of it's nose and was going to die anyway. Not a fun times.

I'm fine - it was a pretty small one but it banged the car up pretty badly. It was towed out of there.

when the cop told my buddy that he was being cited for hunting without a license, in disbelief, he said "What!? give the goddamn deer a jaywalking ticket"
and he had to pay for the disposal of the animal
so instead we put it in the back of his brothers truck and had it skinned and meated for deer jerky.

doesn't look like there is an easy way to avoid coillsions with deer on the road. You were lucky it was only the car and the deer that got the worst of it.
