I ran out of smokes yesterday on my way home from work but decided not to stop for more. Not smoking just last night made me feel so much better when I woke up today. I decided I should just roll with it. fuck smoking.

i've got that file as an mp3, but it's at home where we haven't got internet sorted yet. if anyone wants it, shoot me a mail.
toulouz also has it.
since we've moved into our new house we haven't been smoking inside anymore, which is really helpful. the better half and i are gonna try and give up together. quit date is april 1. if anyone else is down, i'd be happy to start a little club.
also, skt made a lovely quit counter last year... i'm sure he'd let us use the file and i'm happy to put it up and start it at midnight on the 31st of march...

the patch works wonders. also the cravings only last 5 minutes or so. if you can fight through them you will be just fine.
