-of course not, but as you can see the format of the 2 sites is pretty much identical -- although Jetset's content sits more comfortably in the framework since it was designed to accomodate their content.
i don't think there is anything wrong with adopting a layout which is functional, but to deny them credit makes you look like a rip-off artist instead of simply being inspired. ie- eatock's adopters.
