Yo guys, i m surprised for the journey in agencies in Barcelona, minim 16 hours for a day! wft! nobody has a personal life? In your country too? Crappy life!!!

well, wrong or not ..it is expected in the industry, work ëxtra¨hours almost in a daily basis, I do, and most you guys probably do it, and this anywhere in the world that I know...I work in Madrid and I know people in Barcelona and 16 hrs seems a lot to me!

Between 10 -16 hours, 8 never... At 21.00 they wants ideas for a next day contest... Nights no sleep... More big is the agencia more hours for day and less money... i think i gonna looking for a job in a supermarket... hahaaa

Then not only are they working you too hard (read: inefficiently), they're fucking idiots - what on Earth do they hope to achieve? Do they actively seek stale, tired ideas?
Pulling all-nighters and working all the hours God sends is one thing - but that has to be propped up by an enjoyable working environment and reward system. The very fact that you're complaining insinuates these are not in place. Your bosses sound incapable - if they had their shit together, you wouldn't be overburdened. At least, you wouldn't 'feel' overburdened.
Or.. are you boshing Ketamine all day and being remarkably slow at your work? :P
