Then not only are they working you too hard (read: inefficiently), they're fucking idiots - what on Earth do they hope to achieve? Do they actively seek stale, tired ideas?
Pulling all-nighters and working all the hours God sends is one thing - but that has to be propped up by an enjoyable working environment and reward system. The very fact that you're complaining insinuates these are not in place. Your bosses sound incapable - if they had their shit together, you wouldn't be overburdened. At least, you wouldn't 'feel' overburdened.
Or.. are you boshing Ketamine all day and being remarkably slow at your work? :P
