Sooo... we've got an unlaunched copy of myspace basically with a few added extras, texting and radio stations from realmusic.
I want to know what else people would like to see in another version of myspace, like a video blog, phone to web live blogging and link storage (like del.ico.us digg etc)
Apart from picking up single mum's I'm not sure what else you could put in it to make it something a bit more than myspace.
Ideas are welcomed, let me know how bad you think it is currently as it will be going through a redesign.
I need help on this one cause I hate myspace and don't use it, someone might though?

so far the audience is of 3000 unsigned artists we have. they're a big part of it. bloggers and socialites are welcome.
I agree about the css changes, they can pick from 7 templates and make their own title image, that's about it...
mypsace in general makes my eyes bleed. the single mum's I've banged off there make other body parts bleed... off to the clinic.

I agree that there are some truly awful MySpace's that yeah are painful to look at... however it's users love that shit, it's tacky as hell, but I think thats why it works. You get all these young school girls that spend all day dressing up their pages with all sorts of animated gif's and what not... and they love it!
I think it would be a mistake to take that freedom away from the users as it's probably what the majority of people like to do the most...?!
