so 3 people have mentioned "The only way to quit smoking..." book. It's good? Maybe I should pick up a copy.
I'm currently reading Hell's Angels by Hunter S. Thompson.

i loved that thompson book, grunttt.
as for the carr book, he's a little over the top/goofy. basically, i used it to help me convince myself that smoking sucked and i didn't want to do it anymore. that was my biggest hurdle...
...because, of course, smoking doesn't suck and only a fool would WANT to quit. :)
