they are french canadiens. I also recognized the uniforms. the French have uniforms that ressemble more the american's.
nothing really to translate. they were disgussing the range and degree towards the left or something like that.
then they laughed and swore a bit in typical french canadien mannors. with relgious profanity everywhere.
