I feel you..
back in the day, they actually askesd us to stop playing badminton, we will hit the ball so hard that we hit a pedestrian walking with no bulletproof vest and we almost killed him.."they" were like, please stop hitting the ball so hard.. but we really did not have control over our strenght.. it was hillarious.

to be honest I spent most of highshool skipping sports, cause I rather spend my day skating a mini ramp, I did busted my nose, my teeth, broke ankles, wrists and got my shoulder out of place all of that I blame my balance..
I haven't done any sports since then, I'm not fat and ready to go bald... hows that for motivation?

no man, didnt play pro. Only played college.
And yeah, I think like that. At the time I was in shape, 6'4 about 275. Still a good size now, about 220.
Just pointing out that I am not afraid of going toe to toe with them. I have taken stupid hits that leave you asking what day it is. Even though now at 32 something might snap.
But I will not take on someone like this in one on one hitting drills.

Take a bunch of rugby players and those damn freaks of nature from the strongman competitions for lineman and you got a team.
