hehe... 'global warming' is really screwing things up... huh? (kidding... calm down)...
... it's 72 F here in phoenix... my door is open and my cat and dog are both sprawled outside on the porch in the sun.
oh... flops, t-shirt and shorts here.

all this frikken cold and the office has the friken air conditioner on...and the heat is like barely werking, my finger tips are numb.
when the weather guy said 8 degrees i was slightly happeir than him saying it would be 5 degrees.
...when im outside, my glasses get so cold they freeze my face. which is the only part of me showing skin.
and yes it was like 70 degrees a few weeks ago...
i can do a nice frozen rum drink on the beaches of Jamaica smoking a fatty laying down on my towel...
oi slapped back to reality by the sound oif the Air Condition turning over into high gear...
id rather be with blueone in a toxic painted environment than freezing.

If I was homeless I would either commit a crime to be imprisoned or join the military (kinda the same thing except you get paid). There's NO way I'd be homeless out in the cold or extreme heat.

When I was little I decided if I ever ended up homeless, that I would just start going south to where it is warm because kicking it under bridges would be suicide.
Then quickly realized it's thought process like that which would most likely ensure that I'm never homeless, heh.
It's weird though, I was watching the news in Florida and they were informing bulletins for the homeless to let them know more shelters were open or whatever because it was going to get below like 50 degrees this one nite I was down there.
50 degrees and they are afraid of freezing to death?
Northern homeless people are just grizzled for sure.

Got into work this morning, and there was NO heat. My office was well below freezing. Of course, out suit wearing leaders did not let us out, but they did get the HVAC asses in. They turned the heat back on to 55º, and when I left this afternoon, it was at 50º.
I would have chimed in earlier, but we have been blocked at work from NT.
If anyone is wondering, I do work in East Germany.

everyday goingto work i see the same group of homeless and i wonder how they hack it. i walk from the subway to my job 1 block and in that distance i feel all the aches and breaks i had and im in the cold for like 6 minutes but they are out there and doesnt look like they leave their spots on the freezing cold concrete.
