does anyone use lightbox? I'm so slow on this stuff but i want to create an email form and just looking for some code examples or tutorials aimed at the programming challenged. thank ye all

does anyone else have a problem with lightbox or scripts like it occasionally crashing Firefox on a PC?
Its happened on 2 different machines I've worked on.

never had that issue. i've been using this type of lightbox as requested by clients w/out any problems:

is this thing any customizable? It was ok when seen for the first time, now its proliferation made it look templatishly cheap

you could always use custom images for prev. and next, close, etc. as well as change the white bg. Not much to customize, really.

you can customize the prev, next, loading gif, close, white background and the png overlay screen colour.
aside from that i think thats all it can do unless you change the functions or something to that effect.
im not a web designer by any means and this was so overly simple to mess with that yes maybe then it is "templatishly" ...
i like the simplisity of the look it gives and the easy use for anyone to understand.
