Well it looks like simple clip art for the "wholesome" people. Doesn't need to be totally exact, the idea is so funny on its own.
I'm thinking of framing it for the bathroom.

So I just reformatted my computer. Makes me feel special with it all new and clean. Adding a dash of CS2; drooling over my new WD external; wondering if Kardman Hardon made the soundstick that speaks specifically with women/technology/sex objects in mind. Discuss.
