It sounds cheesy but I like the Bullhead brand that PacSun carries and they usually have two pair for $55 kinda sale..they seem pretty durable and have a good fit...
H&M is shit quality..

i've only ever brought 1 thing from GAP full price, and i don't like most of there stuff but that jacket was real nice, probably the only leather jacket i could get away with wearing, and it eventually went for £24 from a staggering £245 staring price... as for jeans, mine always wear out in the crouch, either i have corrosive ball sweat all i'm constantly stretching the material or something... anyway the best mens jeans i've found are from fat face (although the rest of their mens stuff is dire) if you cant get there whilst the sale is still on you could get some tasty bargains...
