The best David Bowie moment might be when he asked Morrisey to silently walk off stage while he took over and finished the song Morrisey had begun.

that film Cracked Actor by the BBC's Arena strand on Bowie is by far the best "rock" profile there has ever been.
Best moment, when he sings Jacques Brel's "My Death" and then right at the end when he's singing the final verse and he's all like
"But whatever lies behind the door
there is nothing much to do...
angel or devil, I don't care
for in front of that door...
there is..."and random voices in the audience start going "me!!" "me!!" "David me!!!"
and he just smiles wryly and thats it.
That were his last performance as Ziggy Stardust.

His best musical moments are on the "Hunky Dory" and "Low" albums.
I liked him in Last Temptation of Christ as Pontius Pilate.

Love Bowie. Did anyone see him as Warhol in Basquiat?
Classic.

when it was revealed on The Venture Brothers that Bowie is actually the Sovereign, the leader of a global crim syndicate. Sweet.

When he named his child Zowie Bowie (but legally named Duncan Zowie Heywood Jones), or that time he was in Labyrinth.

“I think Mick Jagger would be astounded and amazed if he realized to many people he is not a sex symbol, but a mother image.”

when he released 'Earthling' on my bd.
His 50 bd gig was amazing. Is he playing Madison Square Garden today?
