Safe cool spots to look for an APT BKLYN??
i heard williamsburg is a cool area with cool bars. Clinton hill has it s nice brownstone, I heard?
any recomedations.
Looking for 2BR Apt or Loft.

williamsburg is really nice around bedford ave. over there often going through the shops and bars/restaurants.

true, it's pricey. thought manhattan would be the same, but, i found a nice place pretty cheap here. brooklyn's for hippy hipster money pockets.

getting a good apt in Brooklyn is a no brainer, there are many, many places...

williamsburg has just gotten out of hand. there are definitely good places other than that.

when i was looking down there the only places that were in my affordable to space ratio were probably bushwick and greenpoint ... looked at a few in bed stuy, but there wasn't much shit out there and the area is kind of dodgy.

I just moved off the Grand L, it's border line bushwick/williamsburg we lucked out with rent.
Select real Estate has alot of places in that area but their broker fee is 10% not 1 month.

greenpoint was recently rezoned and they are putting 100 million into developing it. get in now while it's still reasonable

there is a massive development near the water on kent street in williamsburg/ greenpoint
but why brooklyn??? goto queens for superior larger apts and much cheaper than both manhattan and brooklyn.
brooklyn is way too terrortorial and gives off the worst racist vibes of any of the boroughs...

indeed, el barrio is nice. found a great place in a brand new buildling.

check craigslist early and often you'll find deals. there are some good realtors who won't dick you over too.
