yups, i did. i got a fujifilm S3 Pro, they are very cheaps and Pro qualities, albeit a bit slow..

hey Crouwel, I just bought a Canon XTi w/ 18-200mm lens. haven't had a chance to use it but I plan on taking massive amount of pix of Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater (local)

ocean's twelve, funny you should ask that, i saw another movie of Soderbergh yesterday, and geeeez, he's so damn good it makes me ill.
having that said, i met him just outside of the set of Oceans 12, together with Stewart (nt), after the very first, and last (?), NT Amsterdam Meetup. It wasn't that i did not know before but they were filming only meters away from the gaybar in which we met, not our idea, but of the bloke organizing it. :O
All the cars were parked right in front of it, and at first i thought it was the Chinese maffia or something since a chinese restaurant was in that same little street.. then these blinded SUV's appeared to be for the cast and crew of Oceans 12.
I've only seen the movie this summer and it was well worth it, and i have noticed at least 4 or 5 different locations in Amsterdam.
If you wish I could look some of those spots up..

corporate sponsors, believe it or not, Heinz Endowment, etc. saved Fallingwater.
It was 'FallingDown' before a year and a half ago due to erosion and age.

well you gotta' figure he put the thing in the middle of a muddy forest connected to a stream of some type. that's crazy! It's literally in the middle of nowhere. Hunting Grounds and Farms are connected to it.
It needed sponsorship so very badly.
