it's funny but that pic doesn't get to me as much as some of the scenes from "requiem for a dream" :\ thats fucked in itself, but i think if i saw him standing in front of me (*read as real life) it would be very disturbing. a lot of stoneth's photos are very...well.. i'm not sure what the emotion brings.

Requiem for a Dream hit me hard (well...that isn't saying much since I'm trying not to be desensitized but it's quite difficult) even though I've never known anyone that had serious drug-related issues. Just the overall film and ideas contained within were beautiful, and I think seeing something like this out on the streets wouldn't hit me right away. But I would definitely be thinking about it throughout the day and possibly longer.
