thanks for help on this i think it is that but more often than so normal i may need to check it. good resoning! :)
so i make the card i see the hiding places in the work i do. like say, this life is just like that. ;|think about some thing so a round as that is, you can oput that up on NT: 1)a bridge covered and raining. OK

4) watch monrose(bahar) like you are on the wating room off a climax V.OK

they are covered to keep the snow off of them, keeping them from being slippery so that folks don't slide off into the river.

Back in the day when transportation was by horse only, if snow or rain got onto a bridge and a horse came across pulling a cart it would be too slippery and the horse would slip and break a leg.
They put covers over them to keep them dry so the horses could pass.
Snow + bare wood = Slick as hell.
