Anyone think he has the potential to win against Harper?
"He has gone from the politician who helped to save Canada against the separatist threat to a leader out to save the environment against Stephen Harper's Conservative ideology."
Conservatives are angry about the fact that he's another Liberal leader from Québec (which is understandable since most of the Liberals from the past 40 years have been from Québec), but does it really matter? Then again, conservatives are also against the foreign policy of the Liberals from Québec b/c they tend to stay out of wars.

I'm sure he's more than qualified, but can you see this guy on an international stage representing Canada? seems pretty dorky.

is he related to Celine?
if so he better lose so we don't have to hear her chirp at his induction ceremony.

His record as environment minister is poor and he has very poor public speaking ability.
There is no question that he is likely our next PM and it's really too bad the Libral's voting system is the way it is because he was really everyone's second choice.

so fcking lame that ignatieff got blocked out. internal BS. liberals shoulda made beating harper their #1 priority.

Just fucking spit it out!

yeah, seriously, what they did to Ignatieff was pathetic. I'd actually like some change regarding where the leaders are from, now that I've thought about it some more. Canada is oriented towards the Liberals in general so it's more important that they get their act together.
I agree that Dion seems somewhat soft-spoken and not aggressive enough...
