Looking for a 3br to share.
$2250 - $2450Anyone know of any reasonably priced places in park slope, south slope, clinton hill, windsor terrace, billyburg.
Maybe ur building or a friends...just looking for leads for Jan 1.
I've got a 2br with newly renovated kitchen and bath but no common area in south slope 20th and 7th....so it's good for 1 person with an office and TV room.
Paying $1200 but moving in january with friends.

Yeah doing the craigslist thing of course. Figured maybe someone might know of something in their building.

Good luck. Right now is the worst time for rentals. Since all the Manhattan heads are coming to Brooklyn; the cost of living has gone up because of such reasons:
People who wanted to buy properties did not want to pay the mill. They are taking the rentals, thus jumping the cost for everything else. (Source: NYC Times) It took me 2 months to find a decent bedroom. And that was going out every night after work to look at 1/2 places each night. Its rough right now. Honestly you will probally have to bite the cost of fees at the moment. At least look into places with last month and sec depo. You get that shit back//
