Here's one no one mentioned that's been working for me since the dot com crash.
List at least 5 things that are great in your life. They don't have to be something big and permanent, like I love my wife or my dog. It can be it's hot today. Sometimes it's hard to tod, but if you can do it while you're upset, you'll probably feel better for the rest of the day.
