Yes folks, it's that time of year again. What time, you say? Why, time for my annual Turducken thread of course.

I stay away from anything that's edible and starts with "Turd..."

How this abominable creation has not produced some sort of Mad-Turducken Disease in humans is anybody's guess.

A safe rule of thumb, conroy.

This is all well and good, but depending on what birds you have in there, you're gonna get some really odd flavors going on.
Personally, and having been charged with sourcing the meat this Christmas, my family is going to have a full rib of beef, and one very large roast chicken.
Turkeys are rubbish.

you ever had goose for xmas dinner moth? I haven't but my pops keeps banging on about them.
Also that turdurken thing looks revolting (coming from a man who loves haggis)
- paraselene0
i'm thinking of roasting a goose this year...
pends on if snuggs comes over or not.

let me know what it is like parasselene he he did you see what I did there?. I wonder if it will taste fatty?.
- ********0
Taste like a fat duck.
It's nice chossy, but not much meat, and no leftovers. I'm quite the man for a sandwich of leftovers so that didn't suit me too well. What's snuggles got to do with Goose or lack of it? Is he "one of those" vegetable freaks?
- paraselene0
nah, just that if he comes all the way over from amsterdam for christmas then i'd make a bit of an effort. if it's just kuz and me we'll have spagbol.
