still working on the type, but want to work some angle thing. got five bands names to fit at the bottom somewhere. I gotta use the pink and blue to tie into this featured painting..
feedbacks? si or no

feedback:
maybe make the guitars bigger and rougher. I might also try to have an element or two that are darker for a wider value range.just my opinion
- Seff0
yeah, i need another dark color. guess it'l have to be a 5 color. that gray is supposed to be a metallic grey. it prints even lighter, but it's shiny.
was thinking about making the jar at the bottom more of a bulb shape. but i need to find one and shoot it
- maky0
bulb shaped would definitely have a nicer rythm. You know the color could be richer rather than blacker which would complement the silver well.

its nice but yes, think the colour/darkness is an issue, can barely make it out on my monitor.

screenprint or offset?
if offset it'd be really nice to overprint some of your pinks/ greens/ blues to add more depth and range in colors.
the pink and green overprinted will definitely make a nice dark color.
the overlap on all is minimal so you could almost just select everything and overprint all. would be very sharp.
can you tell..
I LOVE OVERPRINT :)

sweet.
si.
but not diggin' the campy type in turquoise. doesn't really jive with the rest.
- Seff0
yeah, ima screen print the bastard. looking forward to the overprints as well.. mixing the inks is another story. The gray is the last color and will prolly be a metallic silver, maybe mix in a lil black to darken slightly
- horton0
hang-on.. it's a 1 night event...
did you seriously get a budget for a 3color + metallic ink offset print!?!?
damn. someone loves you.
- horton0
ahhhh ok you're screening it.
fun!

that's a great layout, seff.
i don't know if there are technical limitations, but the i keep thinking that the gray as a solid black would make that thing jump.
the brush/neck pattern would look great from 20 yards.

where is the poster going up? 'cause if it's anywhere dark i want that light green to be glow in the dark ink! that of course means it needs some light to charge : )
but what do i know...it just already looks like that tone that the glow ink has so it could be an interesting throw.
- Seff0
i had to pull elements from this 'featured' painting.. so you can kinda see the inception of dis here

so no go on the glo glo?
and si, since i didn't mention that before.
- Seff0
glo in the dark ink would be epic! have no idea where to pick that up tho
you got a source?
- lvl_130
don't have any spots off hand...but i know it exists! i've seen it at a couple poster shows...i am out the door, but i'm sure someone has some valid info/links here.
nice job and good luck on the ink :)

Glow in the dark would be cool and I'm prett sure you can get it an pretty much any art suppy store that sells screenprinting supplies. I know I have before.
