Denver heads - my band is opening for Snow Patrol December 5th at the Fillmore! I just threw up a little in my mouth when I found out.
We threw up a myspace page and it looks like shit right now but wea re working on it

Also playing are single file - a good local band from Broomfield, and possibly Say Anything.

Funny thing is - back in London..must have been about...oooh 5 or 6 years ago...my old band opened for Snow Patrol in a shitty Youth Club in South London.
As I recall...there were about 30 people there...most of them our friends

We start working on our first album tomorrow!
Nine songs and have our biggest show yet coming up at the end of the month, opening up for the band Chin Up Chin Up, another Chicago band getting some really good national press.

similar story to jevads ...
when i was at art college in dundee i was in an indie band doing the dundee pub/club circuit at a time when snow patrol were a wee indie band doing the same 'rounds' too. never played same gig though.

yup damn right.i saw them a couple of years ago in edinburgh and i have to say they have the worst stage presence ever! but like coldplay they have the most annoyingly catchy tunes though that you hate finding yourself humming.
good going for getting to support them though now that they are big. have yous played to a big crowd like that before? lol
