great episode but hiro is the worst. hero. ever. so inept it's funny.
everyone but sylar is all stupid as shit with their powers. then they give powers to the marine and in .5 seconds he throws a chair through the wall and is like 'FUCK YEAH GIMMIE SOMETHING ELSE TO THROW'. that's what i'm talking about.

- i love when the marine called the arabs 'haggies' i shot coffee threw my nose!!!satogami
- HAHA!kona
- so was that marine like a homage to what captain america can be?satogami
- it's possible but that dude has way too much hate and not enough smarts to be like cap.kona

- I like Kristen Bell. They never make deaths obvious on this show, so who knows what really happened to her.
- Finally, new powers!
- I liked Hiro's back story, but he's such an idiot. Seriously, I never thought would be as much of a screwup as he ended up being. I think they really did mess with his character too much.
- Actually, most of the characters can't do anything right.
- It's good Sylar is back to his one-dimensional, undeveloped self.
- Giving powers to marines made me roll my eyes. Yeah, they are patriotic, but so many things could go wrong. Same with giving powers to the general public, as Arthur is planning (at least from what we saw in the future).
- I actually said, "not again" at the end of the episode. Everything is always going wrong = more soap-opera-ish.

so.... nathan is the bad guy now?

I don't get Nathan anymore. He changes sides more than I can count. I mean, I guess lots of characters keep changing sides and that's what this season is about, but it's a little too much sometimes. Like they are just doing it to add in twists now.
- he is doing the John Kerry
flip flop thang...edd-e - This last time, I assumed that he was being manipulated by his dad seeing as he started acting that way as soon as the eclipse ended but it turns out otherwisekalkal
- eclipse ended but it turns out otherwise. Which doesn't seem to hold water...kalkal
- Peter already warned Nathan what choosing that side would do to the future. Oh well,go back and shot him again.ETM

I'm so tired of them having powers, losing powers, having powers, losing powers. Now its regular people have powers. I can't help but think there could be a way more interesting way to make the story progress than this.

"The name of Volume Four was revealed by Heroes creator Tim Kring at the 2008 Edinburgh TV Festival. "Fugitives" will make up the last 12 episodes of Season 3 and begin in February 2009."

Jaline you made some good points:
"I like Kristen Bell. They never make deaths obvious on this show, so who knows what really happened to her."
I'm confident she's dead, but feel like she deserved a more brutalized death scene, not only to show her dying, but to give Sylar more appeal as a villain."Finally, new powers!"
Lie detection, another healer, and super-strength. All kinda, 'eh'."I liked Hiro's back story, but he's such an idiot. Seriously, I never thought would be as much of a screwup as he ended up being. I think they really did mess with his character too much."
Agreed. Future Hiro from Season 1 especially was a hard dude. This one is still mushy and clumsy."Actually, most of the characters can't do anything right."
Seconded. Sans the Haitian, he's probably my favorite character now."It's good Sylar is back to his one-dimensional, undeveloped self."
If they just kept him as a villain, this season would have been fine. But caring about who his parents are, etc. was just lame. And the future tells us he will be good again?"Giving powers to marines made me roll my eyes. Yeah, they are patriotic, but so many things could go wrong. Same with giving powers to the general public, as Arthur is planning (at least from what we saw in the future)."
Super strength was the worst thing that could happen to that marine to me. I was waiting for him to grow wings or shoot something out of his eyes. I mean, that risk's biting off of X-Men to an extent, but there needed to be something.Predictions:
Mohinder is going to give Peter, Hiro and Ando powers back or new ones.Where is Molly Walker?
There needs to be more introductions of villains and heroes that disappear and come back. And right now, there is no greater villain than Nathan and his super-army? Which by the way showing 20 guys in formation versus 200 or 2000 was lame.

the idea behind Hiro is taken from the life of Peter Parker, meaning in Peter's life as good as it can get it will always have an immediate twist of fate...as every time you think he's won, he loses again.

did they all die yet?
stopped watching few weeks ago
- most of them yes... elle, arthur, some lie detecting chick, hiro's mom, claire a few times too...e-pill
- who's arthur? the petrelli dad?********
