Spartans weren't fascist/totaltarians either...they were one of the few Greek States that had something approaching gender equality and a meritocracy of sorts...and thy were rather witty..they avoided alot of the sins of other city-states. Of course, suffered from sins of their own..

Man, I can't fucking wait until Hollywood makes a blockbuster movie on how honorable the Taliban are and we all go spend our hard earned money on it. Hopefully, hollywood gives a percentage of the movies gross to the actual Taliban so they can buy better weapons and such to be better freedom fighters.
