Kona,
I think www.framesdirect.com has that feature.
but i would suggest...
Go find a really beautiful sharp dressed girl and ask for her opinion on frames. Then ask "What she would get if she I always get complimented on was me"I learned that from my dad. My fly eyewear. ;)
I am totally serious btw.

go try some on and get the ones you like, i think rectangles woul look good on ya.
there are this things called shops, but you have to go outside into the real world. I dont think the interwebs can help you with this one.

NOOOOOO!
i was hoping to get a better idea what to look for in the store but maybe i just ask the person working there for their advice.
can you buy glasses that come pre-taped on the nose piece? i'd like that.

i don't think my wife would like me asking other ladies like that but fuck it... this is my beautiful face we're talking about here.

I just got new glasses and skipped on the anti reflectant coating (since it was a second pair). Holy crap! I'm taking them back to add it, it's makes a huge difference, make sure you get it.
I can't help much with the original question though. I just went shopping for a frame.

i have been wearing the sme pair of plastic frames for the last 12 years.
i sugesst you purchase GLASS lenses and not plastic.
the reason is that glass will never scratch and it will never lose it UV protection as plastic lenses can scratch with windex and a napkin...
do it like Clark and ME!!!

I just got some black frames - it's nice not having those nose pads - those things drove me nuts, but I only wear em at night when my eyes are dried out.

I want those glasses jersey but unforunately my lens' are too thick to fit into a frame like that, lol! And I can't have coloured contacts because I have astigmatism or whatever its called.
I heard there is now laser surgery available for people with eyesight as bad as I have, which gives me hope that I will have more options available to me in the future.

I have the same prob Jaline. I'm scared of surgery because a small percentage of people go blind or lose more sight after surgery... dont think its worth the risk

(Oct 5 06, 10:29)I am scared too and I think I'd commit suicide if I can't see.
True story.
BUT, I think it may be worth it in the future. Although glasses can be very hot and I'm due for new glasses any day now! My parents' insurance allows me to get them for free ;)

By the way, I currently sport Transitions:
http://global.transitions.com/
which are extremely useful for people who have sensitive eyes such as me. Before I had them my eyes would tear up at almost any sign of sun going directly into my eye, much more than a normal person. So with Transitions, they automatically get dark when you're outside and there's a sun around. For inside a car you need actual sunglasses or clip-ons though.
