A few times Fox has been cited for wrong information on thier lower 3rds.
I used to work for CBS on a daytime talk show, and before I did any graphic for the lower third it was checked by producers and by legal. If a mistake went through it was promptly corrected and if it happened more than once a week there would be a problem. And this was a really lame talk show.
Though I'm not saying this couldn't have been an accident. I will say that it highly unlikely the same accident would have happened 3 times.

come on...this is FOX we are talking about here! The BASTION of fine, informative and BALANCED journalism! Obviously you are all just seeing what you want to see - it's easy to mistake an 'R' for a 'D' - the d lies just beneath the R on a keyboard and looks very, very similar.
I think we should all just cut the network, and Mr O'Reilly, a little bit of slack and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Innocent until proven guilty and all that.
