  A few times Fox has been cited for wrong information on thier lower 3rds.

  I used to work for CBS on a daytime talk show, and before I did any graphic for the lower third it was checked by producers and by legal. If a mistake went through it was promptly corrected and if it happened more than once a week there would be a problem. And this was a really lame talk show.

  Though I'm not saying this couldn't have been an accident. I will say that it highly unlikely the same accident would have happened 3 times.
