i never went to see diplo, mostly because it was fabric and it takes a lot of energy to handle fabric.
but i'd like to go one day. if i can work up the courage...
maybe christmas?

I haven't been to a Diplo show but I can say with pretty much certainty that the gig would be held at 93 Feet East to a crowd of annoying hipsters in dunks and silly hairdos.

w[el]l we saw diplo with a-trak at sonar which was brill, but defo catered to the likes of myself and the other cheek-chewing sheep....

I would def check out Immortal technique from NY. Went and saw him in Shep bush and this guy was ridiculously ill, form, delivery and flow absolutely the best I had heard in so long. Have a hell of a lot of respect for Roots Manuva and Dynamite Mc as well!

i thought i liked J5, and they ARE ill live, but with the new album it turns out it was cut chemist that i liked more.

saw j5 at a benefit in LA back in may. it was dope! a pretty diverse crowd overall.
cut chemist vs. dj shadow doing the brainfreeze sessions...fucking epic!but yeah CC wasn't dj'ing for J5, they just happen to both be at the show. still loved j5 but without him they lose a bit of spice.
